It's pure luck that for 3 of my 4 full days in Michigan, it's on track to be SUNNY and 80 DEGREES! In April. It takes the right combination of luck, luck, and luck for that to be the forecast.
It's only going to be 70, 60, and 50 for the three days in Denver. Ha! I win- I'm going HOME!
This also means I haven't packed appropriately and need to do a quick re-org when I rush home at 4 to gather up my luggage on the way to the airport!
Looking forward to seeing so many great friends and family over the next few days. It's never enough time and I always return to Denver exhausted and needing a few days to recover. But it's worth it! Our days are packed full of working (yes, I am working when I'm home), lunches, dinners, cocktails, the Commodore's Ball, Liz's wedding shower, and much more!
April 22, 3:23 PM (MT) Update- PS: My good friend Tiff "reminded me" that it's also my birthday while I'm going home, so there most def will be lots to celebrate! April 26! I can't wait for my Mom's Cherry Chip birthday cake- yuuuummm!! T-minus 37 minutes until I'm outta the office!
